  • Waterworks conducts recalibration of all water meters in the city
    The City Waterworks Department (CWD) is conducting the recalibration of all water meters in the city starting April 8, 2008 to ensure the efficiency of said water meters. The recalibration program will cover five years to complete all water meters already installed since 1994. Meters that will undergo recalibration are those installed for more than 5 years or those installed in 2003 and earlier.

    Elsa Farms Incorporated and Anacleto “Toti” Villarante, Jr. donated parcels of land to the city government of San Carlos for its homelot program.
