I. Functional Statement

Perform all appraisal and assessment of all lands with the improvements,thereat, regardless of it  classification.

Establish a systematic method of assessment in the manner prescribed by the Real Property Tax Code.

Conduct frequent physical surveys and ocular inspection in order that all real properties within the locality are being inventoried  and declared.

Conduct General Revision of real properties as mandated by law once in every three ( 3 ) years and thereafter.
