Mayor Gustilo Receives Plaque of Recognition

The Habitat for Humanity Philippines, Bacolod handed a plaque of recognition to San Carlos City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo today, July 6 at City Mayor’s Office.
Said recognition handed by Arcille Catherine Raagas, Associate Program Director of the Habitat for Humanity for Gustilo’s participation as speaker during the Bahaynihan Forum, shown on TV hosted by Karen Davila where he talked about the housing program of the city and how it benefited the informal settlers.
Raagas said that aside from giving said recognition to the mayor they also want to continue to discuss about the agreement of building houses for the Metrobank Village, a housing project with lot adjacent to the New City Hospital whose beneficiaries are the former workers of the defunct San Carlos Milling Company, Inc. that need to be relocated there.
Present during the event were City Administrator Atty. Estefanio S. Libutan Jr, City Legal Officer Atty. Peter Parco, Planning Officer Engr. Magnolia Antonio, and Officer-in-Charge of the San Carlos Integrated Housing Authority Gemini Caballero.
