City Receives Hand Washing Stations

The city government of San Carlos was given two units of hand washing stations by the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) - Neg. Occ. this morning, July 12.

City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo received said donations made of recycled oil barrel drum with faucet and sink.
PICE-Neg. Occ. Board of Director Engr. Juan Alfonso Jorbina said that the hand washing station will be used for the prevention of COVID-19 transmission by regular hand washing when entering and exiting facilities.
Also present during said turn-over were City Vice Mayor Christopher Paul S. Carmona, Sangguniang Panlungsod members Engr. Clint S. Mansueto (PICE-San Carlos City President) and Mark E. Cui and PICE-Negros Occidental Past President Engr. Harold Puey and officers.
