I. FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT:


Provides Technical assistance to the City Mayor in carrying out measures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of basic services to all departments and bodies of government.

Proper supply and equipment’s procurement and disposal, solid waste disposal, general sanitation.

Maintain inventories, other archival and record management of assets and properties of the city government. 

II. SERVICE PLEDGE:

GSD is dedicated to provide technical assistance and support to the City Mayor in carrying out measures to ensure the delivery of basic services and provision of adequate facilities pursuant to Section 17 of the Local Government Code 1991.

We pledge to develop plans and strategies, with the approval of the City Mayor, and implement the same, particularly those which have to do with general services supportive of the welfare of the inhabitants of the City of San Carlos.

We pledge, through our service first program, to provide the highest standards of quality service at all times that must go hand in hand with honesty and integrity.
