Tony: Beutiful!

What a completely fantastic looking place! I have been traveling a lot though Asia over the last few years, and I think I will have to add this town to my list! I am originally from India, so I have travelled through almost all of India, as well as Pakistan, Dubai, as well as Singapore, but I think San Carlos is the next stop for me!

Thank you for making it such a beautiful website

Kudos to the Kasangga Partylist, through former Mayor Eugenio “Bong” Lacson, for turning over a new two-storey multi-purpose building to the San Carlos City Hospital.  Of course, we should not forget his friend, Rep Teodorico Haresco who was the keynote speaker on behalf of Ang Kasangga Partylist, during the turn over  This is not politics, but real accomplishment.  THE PROJECT PROPONENT DOES NOT BELONG TO A POLITICAL PARTY !

I heard that San Carlos is one of the very nice places in Negros Occidental. How I wish I can visit the place one of these days.

I have a friend there named pok-pok as what he is called by his family and friends; also, I knew someone from there. His name is Lamberto Pacaldo, Jr.

If someone knows about him, please inform me. Thanks!Smile

Atty Alex M. Agravante ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ): The Presidents SONA

The President's SONA was the best one ever. It has addressed the biggest problem of our country. The solution will also solve all others, including our economy. It will assure us a bright future. It will eventually elevate our country at par with its neighbors. Never mind the critics. There is no need of a sophisticated Sona. It is addressed to the people, not to the experts. Definitely not to the corrupt, except as a warning

Atty. Alex M. Agravante ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ): AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEMS FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS LOCAL GOVERNMENT

I have had a few occasions to look into the offices of the City of San Carlos Local Government and it seems obvious that the employees can not work efficiently due to  the heat and lack of cool air circulation in the working environment.  There is ventilation but what comes in is still very hot air. Why don't you try it?  Even ordinary citizens who are out to transact business with the City are severely inconvenienced by this lack of proper facilities.   Air-conditioning systems should be immediately purchased and installed.  I see no reason why employees, officials and ordinary citizens should be severely made to suffer due to these lack of facilities.  The City can afford.  What are we trying to prove?  That we can save?  What savings are you talking about?  No sir ! That would be wrong sense of economics.  The savings that could be made out of better working efficiency and smoothness of transactions between citizens and employees due to better working environment would be a lot greater than the usual expense of having a convenient air-conditioning system.  This is real savings. It would be very good for the City if its employees are more efficient in their work because then, there would be a much better quality of public service. Whats preventing this kind of improvement from materializing?  Lack of electricians?  Or is it mere lack of committment?  Something is wrong somewhere, or somebody is not doing his job. Atty.
