I.Functional Statement:

To improve the quality of life of residents through the provision of essential health services that prevent diseases, promote, preserve and maintain better health, and provide curative and rehabilitative strategies within the framework of the National Objective of Health;

To aim for the promotion/improvement of the socio-economic well-being of all health workers, and develop and upgrade their skills/capabilities in line with RA 7305 and city objectives; and

To ensure accessibility and quality health care in order to improve the quality of life of the people of San Carlos City.
