AN ORDINANCE NAMING THE STREET ALONG AND FRONTING COLEGIO DE SANTA RITA IN BIG TIBUCO, BRGY. I, SAN CARLOS CITY, AS THE “RECOLETOS STREET"

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental, in regular session assembled, that:

SECTION 1.  The street along and fronting Colegio de Santa Rita in Big Tibuco, Brgy. I, this city, is hereby named as the “Recoletos Street”, more technically known as Lot # 175B1-A-6-L-4 of

SECTION 2. Effectivity.  This ordinance shall take effect on the day after copies of the duly approved ordinance shall have been posted for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days in at least three (3) conspicuous public places in the local government unit not later than five (5) days after approval hereof.

ENACTED: FEBRUARY 25, 2010, by the affirmative votes of Hons. DEBULGADO, YU, QUISUMBING, SANTILLAN, SANTIAGO, DIZON, ANTONIO, APUHIN, UY and DOLLOSA. Negative: None. Abstention: None.
