AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING THE PARTIAL REORGANIZATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND STAFFING PATTERN OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF SAN CARLOS, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, PURSUANT TO SECTION 76 OF RA7160 AND RA6758

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental, in regular session assembled, that:
SECTION I. This ordinance is enacted to partially re-organize the organizational structure and staffing pattern of the City Government of San Carlos pursuant to RA6758 and Section 76 of RA 7160 in conformity with the qualification standards set by the Civil Service Commission and its Index of Occupational Services, Position titles and Salary Grade for local government units:
A. Abolition of Position Title: The following vacant position title is hereby abolished:

SEC. 2. Repealing Clause. All ordinances, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, in conflict with, or inconsistent with any provision of this ordinance, are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
SEC. 3. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect on the day after copies of the duly approved ordinance shall have been posted for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days in at least three (3) conspicuous public places in the local government unit not later than five (5) days after approval hereof.
