APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT SERVICE VEHICLE (MULTI-CAB, SURPLUS) FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE & DEVELOPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF =P=210,000.00 CHARGEABLE AGAINST LUMPSUM APPROPRIATION, CY 2010

WHEREAS, the CSWD Officer is requesting for one (1) unit service vehicle (multi-cab, surplus) to be used in line with the “Mobile Education Program” for Street Children;

WHEREAS, this Body finds merit in the request;

NOW, THEREFORE, on Motion of Hon. YU, duly seconded by Hons. APUHIN and UY, it was

RESOLVED, to  approve the purchase of one (1) unit service vehicle (multi-cab, surplus) for the Office of the City Social Welfare & Development in the amount of =P=210,000.00 chargeable against Lumpsum Appropriation, CY 2010.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the City Mayor, City Accountant, City Treasurer, City Budget Officer, General Services Officer and the CSWD Officer, this city, for their information.
