APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER UNITS WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES
FOR THE  RTC BRANCH 57, CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AND CITY TREASURER’S OFFICE,
THIS CITY

WHEREAS, this Body received requests for computer units with complete accessories from the
RTC Branch 57, City Engineering Department and City Treasurer’s Office, this city;

WHEREAS, this Body finds merit in the requests;

NOW, THEREFORE, on Motion of Hon. YU, duly seconded by Hons. APUHIN and UY, it was

RESOLVED, to approve the purchase of computer units with complete accessories for the  RTC Branch 57, City Engineering Department and City Treasurer’s Office, this city, to wit:

a.    one (1) unit Personal Computer with complete accessories and two (2) units LCD Computer Monitors in the total amount of =P=52,000.00 for the Regional Trial Court – Branch 57,  to be taken from Lumpsum Appropriation, Supplemental Budget No. 1, CY 2010;

b.    two (2) computer units with complete accessories in the total amount of =P=60,000.00 for the City Engineering Department, to be taken from Lumpsum Appropriation, Supplemental Budget No. 1, CY 2010;

c.    six (6) computer units with complete accessories including heavy-duty and durable printers amounting to =P=258,400.00 for the City Treasurer’s Office, to be taken from Lumpsum Appropriation, CY 2010.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the City Mayor, City Accountant, City Treasurer, City Budget Officer, RTC Branch 57, City Engineering Department, City Treasurer’s Office  and the General Services Officer, this city, for their information.
